Weird Nerve Pain?

September 13, 20232 min read

Do you have nerve pain that cannot be diagnosed? Seen five doctors, tried three different drugs to no avail?

Listen to the description of this patient I had the other day. We are seeing this a lot – where patients develop nerve pain, but cannot track it down to an injury. The pain sometimes comes after a stressful event; after the COVID-19 vaccine or booster; or starts after a chemical exposure.

Whatever the trigger, the antidote is to calm the Nervous System, support the Immune System, (which is now hyper reactive), and most importantly, turn on the Endocannabinoid System (ECS). The ECS can turn off the hyper reactive messaging of the mRNA. Dr. Philip Blair, developed a very potent, liposomal form of Beta Caryophyllene (BCPlus) - a super nutrient found in many plants. BCPlus turns on our CBD receptors and starts the process of awakening a dysfunctional Endocannabinoid System. After a week of BCPlus, start the antiviral CBD tincture called Will’s Wonder, which has helped over 50 clients to date with these weird neurological issues.

When it comes to nourishing your Nervous system and managing neuropathy, there are several foods that can be beneficial. Here are some examples:

1. Fatty Fish: Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, fish like salmon (wild caught only), herring, anchovies, and sardines can help improve the myelin sheath (insulation of all nerves). (Buy fish oil supplements from Green Alley)

2. MCT Oil - Great for the brain and is quick energy that does not need to be converted to anything to use by the Nervous System.

3. Krill/Borage Oil - vegetarian source of Omega 3s (DHA+EPA)

4. Dark Chocolate: Consuming dark chocolate in moderation can boost mood and reduce stress levels due to its antioxidant properties.Look for 75% cacao.

5. Berries: Blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and other berries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that support brain health and help combat stress.

6. Nuts and Seeds: Macadamia nuts, walnuts, ground flaxseeds/hemp/chia seeds are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and magnesium, which are all vital for calming the nervous system.

7. Avocados: Avocados are a great source of healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals

8. Vitamin B-12, take all the B’s together in a complex or liposomal form. Nutritional Yeast - 2 tablespoons a day is an excellent source of all B vitamins and is highly absorbable.

Please call for a free consultation today.

Omega 3s, CBD and Vitamin D - ALL REDUCE INFLAMMATION which exacerbates nerve pain. If you reduce inflammation on a daily basis (simple diet changes) you can heal and reduce nerve pain dramatically!

Best in healing,
Ali
